About the Position
This temporary-to-permanent role offers a challenging opportunity to grow your career in Quality Assurance. You will be working closely with our team to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing quality engineering support to internal and external customers
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns
- Performing data collection and analysis
- Conducting root cause investigations and developing corrective actions
- Reviewing and authorizing RMA's as required
- Facilitating or participating in Continuous Improvement efforts
Additionally, you will be responsible for generating Standard Inspection Procedures, completing PPAP's as needed, facilitating MRB meetings, and actively participating in APQP and FMEA processes.
You will also conduct internal audits, aid in supplier selection and development, maintain compliance to the IATF 16949 standard, provide training as required, support calibration efforts, and follow Company policies and procedures.
