Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demands and production targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
- Implement measures to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and supervise a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are carried out effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and safety.
- Provide guidance and coaching to improve team performance and skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a Production/Manufacturing environment.
- Lean, 5S experience required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills required.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is highly desirable but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, production management software, and data analysis tools.
