Job Summary
In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily production operations in our dynamic manufacturing environment. You will ensure efficient processes, meet quality standards, and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demands and production targets.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
  • Implement measures to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead and supervise a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are carried out effectively.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and safety.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to improve team performance and skills.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in a Production/Manufacturing environment.
  • Lean, 5S experience required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills required.
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry is highly desirable but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, production management software, and data analysis tools.
