We are Hiring an Intake Specialist
In The Network, LLC, and HURT 911, LLC is hiring ten Medical or Legal Intake Specialist for our Chamblee, Georgia (Metro Atlanta) office.
Compensation $22 to $27 per hour - this equates to $45,000 to $56,000 per year, plus overtime.
Work hours: In Office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Pay cycle: Every other Friday through direct deposit.
PTO: 11 days after 90 calendar days during the first year. 15 days or three weeks after one year.
Holidays: New Year's Day, MLK, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve.
Benefits: Medical ($52.25 per pay period), Company paid dental, vision, STD, LTD, 50K Life Insurance.
401(k), and Voluntary Accident.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel supported
- Schedule appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow caseloads
- Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure cases are managed efficiently
- Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
- Previous legal or medical intake or case management experience is preferred
- Spanish Speaking Bilingual candidates preferred
- Ability to report to work on time everyday
- Hungry for overtime welcome
- Previous experience a plus
