What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual skills. Fluent in ENG-SPA is a must.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or management role, preferably in sales and/or operations. Your leadership skills will be the driving force behind our market's success.
- Prior experience in staffing, hospitality, sales, or account management, showcasing your understanding of client and employee needs in dynamic markets.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Exhibit exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities and ensure the seamless flow of operations.
- Take the initiative to identify and address potential challenges before they arise, showcasing your problem-solving prowess.
- Ability to influence and guide others effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
