What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in East and Central Florida. You will travel between Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota, and other areas as needed.
- Create customized outreach strategies to introduce our services with a customer-first approach.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and account closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we consistently exceed client expectations.
- Monitor market trends and analyze sales data to fuel growth and profitability as we expand into new sectors.
What You Bring:
- 3 years of proven success in sales or business development, ideally in hospitality or light industrial staffing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and market analysis.
