Top Bristol company needs you to assist their customers with technical support issues, coordinate with the network operations team regarding any issues and keep technical support documentation up to date. Schedule is 8AM-6PM and can start immediately.
-Assist users with/troubleshoot technical issues relating to broadband Internet services, telephone, and cable television technical inquiries.
-Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
-Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
-Previous IT Support or similar experience required
-Excellent customer service and communication skills required
-Must have excellent initiative, time management and documentation skills
