Pricing Coordinator – Houston
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generation and follow-up of quotations.
- Continued customer service to maintain client relationships.
- Assist in preparation of bids, tenders, and quotations.
- Interface with agents, vendors and offices worldwide to obtain required information for complete and accurate quotations
- Assist with set up of new clients and vendors
- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely responses and mutual cooperation
- Monitor and report the status of inquiries and quotations
