Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Mental Health Professional
- Must be proficient in the English language and be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- Must have the required licenses, permits, and/or certifications in the state of DE
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Assess clients'mental health conditions and develop treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques (e.G., CBT, DBT, mindfulness)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
