Reporting into the Senior Executive Assistant, Americas, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our North American Go-To-Market(GTM) Leadership Team. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to navigate complex challenges with multiple stakeholders across ranging timezones will be instrumental in optimizing efficiency and fostering collaboration for our North America GTM Organization. What you'll be doing
- Make yourself a name as a wizard of time management as you coordinate all meetings to ensure efficient scheduling and prioritization of time, including daily management of 1:1s, team meetings, offsite meetings, customer/stakeholder meetings across time zones
- Effectively interfacing with external partners, key customers and team members on the North American Leadership Team's behalf
- Conserve Leadership's Team time by reading and routing email, initiating meetings, and if applicable, drafting letters and documents
- Ensure the Leadership Teams are prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and projects by gathering materials necessary
- Provide support with travel planning and expense management
- Lead and/or coordinate with other departments to execute things like team events, social gatherings, recognition gestures, and team, department and company offsites
- Support the GTM organization with various coordination relating to talent and learning programs.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure communication is efficient and clear between teams.
- Play a culture ambassador and community builder role for the whole company
- Prepare presentations, decks, agenda, reports, and other materials
- 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Trustworthy & dependable - you will have access to highly sensitive information where discretion is required
- Highly motivated, organized individual with a strong attention to detail; you are able to work effectively and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of leadership and across multiple offices and timezones
- Strong multi-tasker with an appreciation for the challenges of supporting a growing team and working asynchronously in a hybrid environment
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while anticipating the needs of others
- Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company and work with a variety of personalities
- Bright, high-energy individual, with a passion to learn and contribute, strong adaptability in response to changing priorities and needs
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a big plus as well as proficient using Google Suite, Slack, and Apple products
- Fluent English language skills

Salary : $66,000 - $78,000
