The ideal candidate will have customer service experience within a manufacturing environment, and a desire to help support the company as they grow. What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound customer support calls and funneling requests to the right department and team members
- Assisting with calling customers to inform them of issues, updates, and other relevant information
- Supporting the sales team on any inbound customer tickets
- Driving and building a positive customer experience for all clientele
- Provide assistance and support to the leadership/executive team members (as needed)
What We'll Need From You:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working within a CRM or similar database system

The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
Experience working with Hubspot CRM
