What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with plant leadership to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting packages, while advising on economic strategies and operational adjustments aligned with corporate goals and tax regulations.
- Oversee core financial functions including payroll, accounts payable, capital project tracking, fixed asset management, depreciation, and audit preparation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements by preparing financial reports for audits and government agencies.
- Lead, train, and manage the plant accounting team while coordinating closely with the CFO, Plant Manager, Operations Controller, and cross-functional stakeholders
What We Need From You
- 5 years of experience in a Controller role with a strong command of financial reporting and analysis.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in Cost Accounting, General Accounting, Auditing, and Data Processing.
- Hands-on, proactive leadership style with a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and a commitment to operational engagement.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for plant operations.
All-Star Skillset
- Experience with QAD ERP systems is a strong plus.
- Background in the automotive industry highly preferred.
- Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, detail-driven manufacturing environments.
