StaffBright is partnering with a rapidly growing company in Clinton Township, MI. We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join the team and help drive sales growth and customer success. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of B2B manufacturing or technical sales experience and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment. This is a full-time, on-site direct hire opportunity.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Engage in a combination of inbound and outbound sales calls, including relationship-building with existing customers and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Conduct 30-60 calls per day, addressing customer needs, understanding their pain points, and presenting solutions via virtual presentations.
- Collaborate closely with sales peers, sharing insights and strategizing to meet sales goals.
- Assist customers in understanding and defining their needs, often working backward from customer quotes to ensure the solution aligns with their values and objectives.
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities using CRM systems.
- Negotiate and close deals, with a focus on cultivating long-term relationships for future business opportunities.
What We Need From You:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree (completion preferred; open to Associate’s)
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, B2B, or a technical sales environment
- Proven track record of hitting sales quotas and performance KPIs
- Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM
- A fast learner with a strong desire to grow and develop within the sales field
- Articulate and well-spoken, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage with clients and understand their needs to close sales

The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:
- Manufacturing or Distribution background, ideally working with a large product catalog.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and its sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

Salary depends on years of experience:
1-2 years: $50,000 to $60,000 commission
