A local well established warehouse in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Bilingual Production Manager for 2nd Shift. In this role you will be responsible for supervising the warehouse, personnel and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct daily safety walks to ensure compliance with safety standards while monitoring the quality, production, and performance of all personnel
- Prepare and complete detailed reports using Excel and the company database, ensuring accuracy and clarity for management review
- Oversee daily check-in / check-out procedures and adherence to standard operating procedures, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Assist with clock in process for all employees
- Aiding in minimizing overall noise throughout the facility
- Regularly have group analysis of employee’s performance ratings
- Enforcing time off requests, or any other personal matters, to all be handled during non-working hours
- Aiding with personnel keeping overall facility clean and in order with no slips / trips / fall hazards
