Position Summary: The Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to increase market share within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the healthcare sector who would be interested in utilizing our services and personnel to support their initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, HR departments, and other key decision-makers. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to secure new business deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that client needs are met with qualified and reliable healthcare professionals. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities. Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
