Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Profiles Specialist to join our healthcare staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing candidate profiles, ensuring that our clients receive the best-fit healthcare professionals for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Profiling:
- Gather and analyze candidate information, including resumes, certifications, and references.
- Create and maintain comprehensive profiles that highlight qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Data Management:
- Input and update candidate information in the staffing database.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of profiles to facilitate efficient matching with client requirements.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with recruiters to understand client needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review profiles for accuracy and completeness before submission to clients.
- Conduct periodic audits of candidate profiles to maintain high-quality standards.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, licensing requirements, and best practices in healthcare staffing.
- Identify potential candidates through various sourcing strategies, including job boards and networking.
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates regarding profile status and updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the staffing process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare staffing or recruitment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
