CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) - LOGISTICS
Location: Peachtree City, GA
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 / yr.
Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be the primary phone voice for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant speaking voice, excellent phone etiquette, and a proactive approach to customer service. This is an in-office position located in Peachtree City, GA, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and professional phone demeanor
- Strong customer empathy and problem-solving abilities
- Organized and proactive with outstanding follow-up skills
- Logistics experience is a plus.
- Experience with order entry programs or ERP systems preferredResponsibilities:
- Answer and manage all inbound customer calls
- Log and assign phone support requests
- Monitor and contact customers regarding expiring phone support contracts
- Provide quotes and confirm part orders with customers
- Communicate with vendors to monitor part order statuses
- Assign and manage RMA numbers
- Collaborate with service and logistics teams for seamless customer support
- Educate customers on available service support plans and promotions
- Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate machine relocations and generate necessary documentationPrimary Logistics Support Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for sales representatives regarding rate quotes
- Coordinate machinery pickup and delivery with the logistics team
- Collaborate with the service scheduler to ensure timely machine deliveries
- Maintain and manage a shipping calendar
- Send and track the return of installation packets before machine shipment
