As an essential member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents, enhancing their mobility and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs.

Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and strength.

Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
Qualifications:

Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred.
