We currently have new opening for a Bilingual English-Spanish candidate for our client-company located in the East Brunswick NJ area. As a Staffing Coordinator you will be assisting our assignment associates and client-company. The right candidate has a strong sense of commitment, while being driven and self-motivated.

Duties :
Supervise our assignment associates throughout the shift
Provide orientation and PPE to all new starting associates
Ensure that all assignment associates comply with company's GMPs and PPEs.
Perform production and safety walks on a daily basis
Coach and counsel assignment associates as needed
Ensure that all assignment associates are complying with time clock procedures
Maintain effective communication with teammates and company management.
Requirements :
Ability to work a 3rd Shift
Bilingual in English and Spanish a must!
Ability to walk throughout the shift
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Be able to problem solve and be a quick thinker
Strong customer service and lead or supervisory experience
Reliable transportation
Hours and Salary :
Monday-Friday 9 : 45pm-6 : 00am (3rd Shift)
Weekly Salary $840 Approximately
