Looking to make a career change in 2025?! Come join our Staffing Alternatives Team! We are seeking a 3rd Shift Staffing Supervisor who is bilingual English-Spanish for our client located in East Brunswick, NJ.

Principal Duties:
• Supervise our assignment associates throughout the shift
• Provide orientation and PPE to all new starting associates
• Ensure that all assignment associates comply with company's GMPs and PPEs.
• Perform production and safety walks on a daily basis
• Coach and counsel assignment associates as needed
• Ensure that all assignment associates are complying with time clock procedures
• Maintain effective communication with teammates and company management.
Abilities Required:
• Ability to walk throughout the shift
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a must!
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to problem solve and be a quick thinker
• Strong customer service and lead or supervisory experience
• Reliable transportation
Hours and Salary:
Monday-Friday 9:45pm-6:00am (3rd Shift)
Weekly Salary $800-$840
