Line Lead - Mickleton NJ Area Needed!!!
New job opportunity!!! We are currently recruiting a Repack Line Lead for our client-company located in the Mickleton, NJ area. The Repack Line Lead will be overseeing associates working on a production, while ensuring that daily production quotas are met.
Shift and Salary:
1st shift 5:30am to finish (Hours may vary depending on production)
**Must be able to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed**
Hourly rate of $19
Duties:
- Oversee the production line
- Food safety compliance
- Adherence to all policies and procedures of department and facility
- Meeting daily production quotas
- Input material usage for work orders
- Print pallet tags for repack products, monitor repack pallets
- Verify, review, distribute work orders
- Problem solving
- Inventory tracking using proprietary-based program
- Enforce attendance on the line
- Monitor/track pallet usage
- Communicate with team members and department leaders
- Track percentages of run numbers and adjust as needed
Requirements:
- At least one (1) year experience in a supervisory or lead role desired
- Must be able to work in a cold environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal/communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Strong math skills
- Must be organized, able to problem solve
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Knowledge of Famous operating system preferred
- HS Diploma/GED
- Must be flexible with schedule and potential weekend work as needed
