Hours: 1st shift Monday - Friday 5:30am to finish (Weekends as needed)
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Duties:
*Verify, review, and distribute work orders with personnel
*Program/set up machines for production (computer based)
*Monitor machines to calibrate for bag input
*Oversee production machine
*Meet daily production quotas
*Completing all paperwork pertaining to machine and products run
*Safety and spot checks on machinery to ensure proper production run and efficiency
*Verify all information entered matches work order(s)
*Escalating issues/strong communication with management team
*Clearing machine of product
*Proper label usage
*Upload information from machine into USB Drive at days end for office staff
*Clean area of debris at end of shift
*Other duties as assigned/needed
*Adhere to all policies, safety protocols, and procedures of company
Requirements:
*Bilingual English-Spanish
*HS Diploma/GED
*Knowledge of Newtec & Daumar machinery preferred
*1 year of experience in a machine operator role preferred
*Ability to work in a cold environment
*Excellent math skills
*Problem solving
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to work in fast-paced environment
*Flexibility with work schedule
Competencies:
*Adherence to GMPs
*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
*Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish preferred
