**2nd Shift Bilingual Onsite Manager Needed Mount Laurel NJ**

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise our temporary associates throughout the shift, ensuring that they are complying with GMPs and PPE.
- Participate in safety trainings and translate from English to Spanish for those associates that are limited in English language.
- Maintain effective and constant communication with client company's management
- Learn the duties of each line, in order to train new associates
- Daily production walks and safety observations
- Process payroll and paid sick leave time
- Provide exceptional customer service to our associates and client company management
Job Requirements:
- Background in warehouse lead or supervision a must!
- Bilingual English-Spanish a must!
- Ability to translate English to Spanish
- Quick thinker, problem solver, and multi-tasker
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Staffing or onsite experience a plus!
- Ability to constantly walk throughout the shift
- Be able to work additional hours during peak season
- Reliable transportation
Hours:
2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-3:30AM

Salary:
Weekly salary of $800-$840
