HOURS:
2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-3:30AM (be able to work additional hours during peak season)
SALARY:
Weekly salary $800-$840
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise our temporary associates throughout the shift
- Ensure that all temporary associates are complying with company's GMPs
- Translate from English to Spanish during safety trainings
- Maintain effective communication with company's supervisors and production leads
- Learn the duties of each line
- Daily production walks, safety observations, and training
- Use of our internal database and payroll system
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in warehouse lead or supervision
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Staffing or onsite experience a plus!
- Bilingual English-Spanish a must! Be able to translate English to Spanish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a problem solver
- Ability to constantly walk throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation
