Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Recruiting Account Manager role located in Malvern, PA at Staffing Connection Inc. The Recruiting Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying staffing needs, sourcing and recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating placements. The role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, as well as new potential clients.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Recruiting, Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Preferred.
- Knowledge of E-Verify compliance is a plus
