We are looking for a Technical Trainer! In this role you’ll teach technicians how to fix forklifts and aerial lifts at a training lab.
This includes preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. You'll also find and develop materials for classroom and hands-on sessions.
Training covers safety protocols, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair techniques. Additionally, the Technical Trainer offers technical support via phone and email to your coworkers.

Responsibilities:
- Create & facilitate training programs in person and via webinars
- Create and organize training materials and class agendas.
- Manage technical training records to keep technicians current on required classes and e-learning.
- Distribute Technical Service bulletins via email and discuss in monthly service meetings.
- Assist technicians in troubleshooting and maintain records of issues.
- Report troubleshooting trends
