The client seeks an experienced associate attorney to join our general liability practice group. This position is available in any of our California office locations : Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Walnut Creek.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California.
- Independently manage a litigation caseload.
- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
- Review and analyze discovery requests and prepare responses.
- Draft pleadings and other court documents.
- Prepare court filings and handle service to counsel, including e-filing.
- Provide trial preparation and support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed time records.
