Key Responsibilities :
Oversee Production, Procurement, Machine Shop, Assembly, Shipping / Receiving, and Facilities .
Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost savings, and quality.
Manage production schedules, resources, and materials to meet goals.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and supply chain efficiency .
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
Develop and mentor teams, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
