Responsibilities :
- Assist with HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Support the VP in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure that HR projects are aligned with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Communicate project status and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of new HR systems, tools, or processes.
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation within HR functions.
