3 Year Contract Position - $31.75 per hour
Directly supports the manager and the lead Cross Bore Analyst with Project Management processes through the full project life cycle of sewer inspections and cross bore remediation. Also willing to assist team members as needed.
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders including individual customers and municipalities.
Actively engages in ongoing quality and project management. Reviews and monitors videos and project data for quality and accuracy.
Manages storage and review of project deliverable files for quality and completeness.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Creating project work packages, developing and maintaining project schedules, reviewing invoices, maintaining budgets, delivering project reports in multiple formats. etc.
Helps oversee contractors to support program requirements and change initiatives.
Recommends and assists with utilizing lessons learned to implement process improvements.
Will help facilitate internal and contractor team meetings and document agreements and results. Will address deficiencies head-on and works to develop and monitor corrective action plans.
Will work daily in multiple programs and systems to include by not limited to:
Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheets, PowerBI, GIS, and Work Management Systems.
Must have 5 years Experience with sewer inspections, and natural gas and or utility construction is preferred.
Equivalent military experience will be considered. Will work primarily in an office setting with occasional field visits.
Requirement is working four days in the office in Atlanta with work from home available on Friday.
