On-site Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY
Oversee and supervise all temporary associates, assisting leads / supervisors with multiple manufacturing lines ensuring compliance, safety, training, quality, productivity, and regulatory requirements.
This includes ensuring all associates meet the regulations and requirements before staring their assignment. Assisting supervisors and team leads with all temporary associates that includes, time keeping, reports, lunch breaks, scheduling, training, behavior, compliance, performance, and disciplinary actions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB SUMMARY

This includes ensuring all associates meet the regulations and requirements before staring their assignment. Assisting supervisors and team leads with all temporary associates that includes, time keeping, reports, lunch breaks, scheduling, training, behavior, compliance, performance, and disciplinary actions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all new associates and welcome them.
- Review time keeping instructions, ensure all associates are punching in and out.
- Ensure all associates have proper PPE and understand GMPS guidelines.
- Attend group huddle at the start of shift, assisting with pre-work stretching exercises with team.
- Assist associates to the correct department as requested by team leads and supervisors.
- Report to all departments to ensure the correct coverage has been provided.
- Oversee associates throughout the shift to ensure they are able meet requirements.
- The time required to be on production floor is (80% to 90%) assisting associates and leads with issues, and training that is required.
- Ensure associates are using equipment in a safe and proper manner.
- Report all personal or safety concerns with leads /supervisors and Staffing provider.
- Assist security department with all security related requests or concerns.
- Time keeping and reporting should consist of (10% to 20%) of time per shift.
- Must be available to assist production needs 7 days a week.
- Assisting with all production requests and calculations.
