What You ll Be Doing:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Provide exceptional service by offering prompt, professional assistance to both internal and external stakeholders in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Administrative Support: Handle key HR administrative duties, such as scanning documents, filing, and data entry, all while ensuring the smooth flow of critical HR processes.
- Stay Organized: Maintain meticulous records, track HR documentation, and support HR operations to keep everything running smoothly.
- Collaborative Role: Work alongside a talented HR team, contributing to the overall success of the department and the broader health network.
- AHCA Clearance (required)
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in HR administration or office support preferred.
- Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with strong typing and data entry skills; familiarity with Suncoast Solutions is a plus!
- Customer Service Focused: Empathetic, patient, and responsive to the needs of all team members, ensuring a positive experience for everyone you interact with.
