Material Handler Entry Level

Salary: $15/hour

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our Logistics and Operations team. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain experience in a warehouse and shipping environment supporting aerospace production. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable performing physical tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills (e.g., email, internet, Microsoft Word/Excel)
• Willingness to learn inventory and stockroom procedures
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending)
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  
  

Preferred but not required:

• Previous warehouse or stockroom experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, storing, and shipping materials
• Pick and prepare materials for production kits
• Support basic inventory tasks like labeling and stocking
• Help with packaging and preparing outgoing shipments
• Perform basic inventory counts and help maintain organization of stock
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures
• Support other tasks as directed by the supervisor
  
  

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise
• Some areas may be exposed to seasonal temperature changes
• Requires physical activity, including standing, lifting, bending, and walking
