- Provide additional administrative duties for the HR Coordinator

- Aid the staff with HR inquiries / Resetting Passwords
- Back up for the HR Coordinator
- Great Energy / Enjoys interacting with all types of personalities
- Prefers Experience in Intellectual Developmental & Disabilities (IDD) or state / Medicaid funded service programs

- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- At lease Intermediate Skill in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
- Experience with a variety of recruitment strategies (ie. direct sourcing, job boards, networking and social media)
- Experience with using an applicant tracking system (ie. Paylocity)
- Experience working with hiring managers and leadership team members
- Experience with recruitment marketing
- Experience with analyzing recruitment data and development of strategies / recommendations to enhance recruitment and retention
