HR Office Support Job Summary :
Front Desk - Greeting candidates and employees in professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently.
Assistant staff and recruiters in pre screening and application set up
Coordinate interviews and scheduling of appointments
Communicate with candidates in both Spanish and English
Candidate Sourcing and Orientating.
Documentation in ATS and in various spreadsheets.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently.
Resume follow up
Additional functions as requested.
HR Office Support Qualifications :
Previous experience with HR Support, HR Office Assistant, Human Resources Assistant, Front Desk or other related industry experience
Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Previous front desk / customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
