We have a remote contract opportunity with our Cleveland based client! They are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst for their Human Resource team.
About the Role
In this position you will develop, implement and administer compensation such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance appraisals, salary increases and salary surveys.
Responsibilities
- Conduct, in an accurate and timely manner, the processing of employee transactions related to grants, vestings, dividends, and exercises.
- Maintain accurate records of employee equity holdings, including grants, exercises, and forfeitures.
- Generate and maintain a variety of reports on equity plan activity and in support of data analysis.
- Conduct and facilitate routine audits of equity data to ensure data integrity and smooth processing.
- Partner with the payroll department to address tax implications and processing related to employee equity plans.
- Act as a valued and trusted advisor while providing routine support to business and support partners on equity related matters.
- Able to manage small equity projects independently, including developing a simple project plan, aligning stakeholders, identifying deliverables, managing timeline and managing issues.
- Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure accuracy of equity processes and calculations. Participate as needed in the review, testing, and implementation of HR system upgrades, updates, and enhancements to ensure accuracy and delivery of appropriate features and functionality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems or related field, or a combination of education and equivalent, relevant work experience.
