About the Role - Great news! We are seeking someone to join our organization as an individual contributor with the desire to grow into a leadership role where you will eventually be accountable for leading and managing people, owning a budget, and expanding relationships with clients. At SSE, each Staffing Account Manager manages their own clients (Northeast Ohio companies looking for temporary / contact employees), open job requisitions, recruiting and relationship building with a support system of Staffing Specialists, peer Account Managers, Business Unit Leaders, and an Executive Leadership Team that are all rooting for you to succeed. Accountabilities include job order fulfillment, candidate quality & satisfaction, and managing assignments of contractors working on site at our clients. We're looking for our newest team member to have experience in account management, customer service or recruiting, and most importantly, a sense of ownership, accountability, and a passion for serving others. We offer a hybrid work schedule with everyone in the office on Tuesdays & a team day on Wednesdays. The other 3 days, you have the power of a VPN network to connect from your home office.
