Pay : $21 / hour (Higher pay for bilingual candidates in English and Japanese, Chinese, or Korean!)
Experience :
- 1 to 2 years of experience in high-end customer service roles required.
- Experience at a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury condominium preferred.
Education :
High school diploma or GED.CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training and certification will be provided after 90 days.Type : Full-time; Contract

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain professional relationships with residents, guests, and visitors while upholding a welcoming atmosphere.Maintain order by enforcing property rules and regulations, ensuring compliance among all parties.Remain attentive to the needs of residents and guests throughout the entire shift, addressing concerns and service requests promptly and professionally.Act as a point of security, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed on the property. Prevent unauthorized solicitations on the premises.Maintain detailed logs, records, and files related to building operations.Lobby and Security Responsibilities :
Greet residents and visitors warmly, escorting visitors and contractors to designated areas upon management's request.Regularly monitor security cameras and maintain a vigilant presence, ensuring the safety and security of the premises.Handle incoming packages and deliveries, organizing and storing them efficiently for residents and building management.Porte Cochere and Vehicle Management :
Manage parking logistics and vehicle staging, ensuring smooth traffic flow while assisting with unloading and loading of luggage.Provide valet services and guide visitors on parking options as needed.Amenity Service :
Ensure residents and guests enjoy all amenities by assisting with equipment use and venue reservations.Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain the cleanliness of the amenities area. Collaborate with maintenance or housekeeping staff as necessary.Position Requirements :
Must be able to obtain a guard card.Able to work weekends and holidays.Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.Understanding of computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to learn and utilize the Association's computer applications.Must be familiar with a range of vehicles and know how to drive and park at an effective and acceptable level.Benefits :
