Job Description:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage their expectations
- Ensure BRMS departments comply with the Scope of Service and trust policies
- Lead and attend quarterly board meetings, recording accurate minutes
- Manage vendor contracts and review compliance
- Collaborate with legal counsel and consultants to update and improve benefits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Adobe Acrobat
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
