Job Description:
- Process payments for association expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Sort, prepare, and validate invoices and check requests.
- Prepare and mail daily check runs, maintaining accurate records.
- Manage recurring vouchers and maintain organized accounts payable files.
- Process payments and monthly chargebacks, ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist with 1099 MISC returns and compliance requirements.
- Oversee AP cycle activities for 55 properties, handling day-to-day transactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support financial operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
