What You’ll Do:
- Financial Leadership: Establish and maintain financial objectives, procedures, and controls to support company goals.
- Strategic Planning: Advise management on financial strategies, short- and long-term objectives, and policy development.
- Accounting Oversight: Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax filings, and compliance with regulations.
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Monitor reserve levels, oversee banking relationships, and optimize cash flow.
- Audit & Compliance: Conduct and coordinate audits to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Capital Management: Determine depreciation rates and provide recommendations on asset acquisitions, leases, and disposals.
- Technology & Process Improvement: Enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and operational efficiency.
- Leadership & Supervision: Direct and mentor Treasury, Accounting, and IT teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze complex financial data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with computerized accounting systems (preferably JD Edwards and DSI), as well as MS Excel and Word.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Confidential & Ethical: High level of integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
