Pay: $45,760/year

Experience:

• Experience in high-end customer service roles.
• Previous experience at a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury condominium preferred.
  
  

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 1pm to 9pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Greet all residents, respond to their needs, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and update logs, files, and systems relevant to building operations.
• Receive, organize, record, and store packages and parcels delivered to the building for residents, guests, and management.
• Facilitate and direct all vehicle traffic, creating a welcoming and safe environment for residents, guests, and visitors.
• Provide valet services as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and equipment inspections; report supply levels to appropriate staff.
• Monitor CCTV cameras consistently.
• Control access to the Loading Dock, assisting with the check-in process for delivery companies.
• Schedule and manage all vehicles using the Loading Dock, ensuring smooth access for deliveries, vendors, and contractors.
• Communicate effectively with team members using two-way radios, utilizing the Phonetic Alphabet and 10 codes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledgeable in handling a range of vehicles, including driving and parking them safely and efficiently.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training and certification available after a 90-day probationary period.
• Hawaii Guard Card preferred; training and certification available after a 90-day probationary period.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
