Job Description:
- Design, facilitate, and execute all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to assess staffing needs based on attrition rates and business strategies.
- Develop and maintain detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Review and screen applications to identify and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and prepare interview questions and selection materials.
- Draft, review, and extend job offers for selected candidates.
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers and interview panelists on recruitment processes and tools.
- Utilize data to inform decision-making and report on key recruiting metrics.
- Partner with the Recruiting and HR team on talent acquisition initiatives and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies, including the use of third-party agencies for contract and temporary roles.
- Hands-on experience with applicant-tracking systems and other recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring.
- Proactive, independent, and action-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
