Summary
This individual will assist the Department of Health’s Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP)/Division of Eligibility and Marketplace Integration (DEMI) Project Management Office with management, analysis and oversight of a large contract for customer support services.
Basic Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support & technical assistance as part of Contract Management Team
Develop, interpret and/or modify policies, procedures, guidance, and reporting requirements
Review vouchers and associated documentation prior to payment
Provide written analysis of data, reports, projects, and issues
Conduct data analysis
Support internal and external bureau meetings by assisting with facilitation, meeting notes, and action item lists
Provide support for audits as necessary.
Support operational oversight of contract-related functions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting
2 years finance experience
Desired Characteristics:
• Strong Excel and data analytic skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to present data to parties with varying backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently.
Salary : $58,458 - $60,000
