Job Title: Part-Time Nanny for Happy Baby Boy
Our sweet Newbury family is seeking a dedicated, caring, and flexible part-time nanny to care for their 5-month-old baby boy. The ideal candidate will have experience in infant care, knowledge of infant-toddler development, and the ability to engage babies effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for the baby
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, including playtime, indoor and outdoor activities, and walks
- Tidy up after the child and workday
- Bathe and dress the baby
- Feed the baby with specific guidelines for reflux needs
- Prepare bottles, meals, and snacks (once the baby starts solids)
Requirements:
- Warm, patient, and loving demeanor
- At least 5 years of infant care experience with excellent references
- Excellent communication skills
- Active, energetic, and loves babies
- Organized and professional
- Non-smoker
- Up-to-date CPR/First Aid Certification
- Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccines preferred
- Comfortable with dogs in the home
- Able to get down and up from the floor and carry the baby up and down stairs
- Cheery and helpful disposition
