Contract $70 / hr.
Salary : $90k - $130k (based on experience)
Position Overview :
This position is for an IT Change Management Manager / Leader who will play a pivotal role in integrating IT technical systems for companies that have been acquired by the organization. The individual in this role will take a functional perspective on the integration, collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration, such as Microsoft Office and other technical environments. This is a big picture role focused on IT integration within acquired companies, where you’ll need to manage both the technical and business sides of the transitions.
The role will involve some travel, with approximately 2 weeks per quarter after the first year. During the first year, you may travel 3-4 weeks per quarter to meet with leadership teams from different acquired brands.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with acquired companies to integrate IT technical systems, focusing on systems like Microsoft Office and other technical environments as needed.
- Provide a functional perspective on the IT technical environment during the integration of acquired companies, ensuring that the IT infrastructure supports overall business goals.
- Collaborate with business leads to understanding their strategy and processes, identifying innovative solutions to drive business enhancements both for internal business users and external customers.
- Lead business relationships and manage the integration process during transformational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment between technical and business teams.
- Oversee organizational change management , ensuring all parties involved in IT integration are well-informed, supported, and aligned with the overall strategy.
- Support integration across various brands, including meeting with leadership from key acquired companies.
