Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a NextGen Application Analyst for a 100% remote contract opportunity. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong experience in NextGen File Maintenance and EPM (Enterprise Practice Management). The ideal candidate will be responsible for break/fix support, table builds, testing, and resolving tickets, while also assisting with onboarding new clinics and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide break/fix support and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain tables in NextGen File Maintenance and ensure proper integration with EPM.
- Perform thorough testing of system configurations and updates.
- Manage ticket resolution, including documenting fixes and ensuring follow-up as needed.
- Support adding new clinics and providers within the system.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with NextGen applications, specifically File Maintenance and EPM.
- Solid background in system builds, troubleshooting, and testing within NextGen.
- Ability to work independently using personal equipment (laptop, secure internet, etc.).
- Availability to work during Arizona business hours (flexible with PST/MST time zones).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Salary : $60 - $65
