Seeking an experienced Interface Coordinator with a strong background in Control Systems and Electrical Engineering to manage coordination between project disciplines at the Joliet refinery. Job Description
- Coordination: Act as the primary interface between the client, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment across disciplines (engineering, procurement, construction, operations).
- Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on control systems and electrical engineering, ensuring designs meet project requirements and safety standards.
- Project Monitoring: Ensure project progress aligns with schedule and budget, addressing issues promptly to maintain timelines.
- RFI & Deviations Management: Oversee RFI coordination and manage deviations from engineering standards, securing necessary approvals.
- Commissioning Support: Assist in the commissioning process, providing technical oversight and resolving issues related to control systems and electrical components.
- Safety Compliance: Participate in safety audits and ensure adherence to safety protocols throughout project phases.
- Documentation: Review and validate engineering documents, ensuring accurate execution in line with as-built conditions.

Skills Required
