We’re seeking a detail-oriented HR and Office Manager to enhance our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in real estate (preferred), HR management, and operations. You’ll be instrumental in supporting our growth, fostering employee development, and partnering with brokers and staff on various HR matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and invoicing for office maintenance and repairs.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.
- Handle complex complaints with thorough investigations and actionable recommendations.
- Oversee marketing and administrative staff, office scheduling, and company website.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and performance plans.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team on new hires.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee and customer issues.
- Ensure timely processing of real estate contracts and maintain meticulous documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, with 3 years in HR or office management.
- Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws, especially in California.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build relationships and support team dynamics.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems; experience with real estate transactions is a plus.
Preferred:
- Real Estate License and/or PHRca Certification.
- Familiarity with tools like DocuSign, MailChimp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
