Position Overview
- Client is looking for a Field Operations Coordinator to support our sales and quality management efforts in the New York area. This role connects in-person sales with audit compliance, making sure everything runs smoothly while staying on track with company and regulatory standards. The perfect candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and ready to engage with both customers and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person meetings with Client customers 3-4 days per week.
- Ensure compliance with regulations in the New York market.
- Present and demonstrate Client products/services to potential customers.
- Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to streamline operations.
- Perform market audits and evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction and product/service compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, sales opportunities, and audit results.
- Work closely with the internal sales, support, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are addressed.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, updates, and strategies for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in sales coordination, compliance, or field operations (B2B software industry preferred).
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel within New York, particularly the Boroughs surrounding Manhattan
