Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR modernization programs aligned with business objectives
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR modernization projects from initiation to completion, including setting timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Design and implement new HR programs, Data governance and reporting as part of HR Modernization program initiative
- Analyze HR program progress to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide insights to inform decision-making and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and support for HR programs.
- Facilitate change management processes when implementing new HR programs, including communication plans and employee training.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, including budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across various areas like recruitment, performance management, employee development, and compensation.
